AAU BASKETBALL
AAU is a showcase league for athletes who are chosen by tryout to compete on a regional and national level. Season runs from February to July.
While some tournaments are local, travel is required.

NYCBL WINTER LEAGUE
FLY season kicks off with rec leaugue ball. Programs for middle school players. This is recreational play where athletes can develop skills and chemistry with their teammates.
